New Year's Resolutions - To Make or Not?

The 3% of people in a Harvard class who made written goals accomplished more than the remainder of the class altogether.

Some people don’t make goals because they are afraid they will have to admit failure if they don’t accomplish them.

However, if you don’t make written goals, you will almost surely not accomplish them. You are likely to fail, almost certainly. However, if you do make a written goal and follow the process I will give you, you are very likely to succeed.

Sometimes people think that writing a goal down, means that it's inflexible. However, the process is very flexible and you will make any changes needed.

So---

Write out your goals. Make a list of what you want to accomplish for your health, relationships, finances, career, home or living situation, and spiritual goals.

Now, why do you want each goal? Think about all the specific, concrete benefits you will receive? Write as much as you can think of about how achieving this goal will help you.

Visualize yourself with all of your goals achieved. Really see and feel yourself already at your goals? Where are you? Who is with you? What are you doing? How? When?

This is a great step towards your optimal health and wellness.

I will write more about this.

Happy, Healthy, Prosperous New Year
